Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs, assessing strengths and available resources to enhance treatment.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions tailored to clients' needs.

• Collaborate with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive treatment and comprehensive care for clients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to promote community healing and resilience.

• Engage in effective crisis intervention and risk assessment activities, providing essential safety planning as required.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards, to ensure continuity of care.

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing various mental health conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Special emphasis is placed on providing care to individuals in hospice settings, where you will support clients and their families through complex emotional and psychological landscapes. Understanding the unique circumstances of hospice care will enable you to tailor your approach to meet the clients' emotional, physical, and psychological needs while navigating the end-of-life process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
