Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Implement therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create and execute comprehensive treatment plans.

• Offer crisis intervention and support, including risk assessments and safety planning, as required.

• Document all clinical interactions and treatment plans accurately, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups for clients and their families.

Qualifications\n
