Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, identifying strengths, challenges, and resources they possess.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Implement therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to effectively address the diverse mental health concerns presented by clients.

• Craft and manage individualized treatment plans, setting realistic goals and interventions, while consistently reviewing and adjusting these plans as needed.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, coordinated care and a comprehensive approach to client treatment.

• Offer crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans that prioritize client well-being in moments of acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, plus a sign-on bonus.
