Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to assess students' mental health needs, identifying both challenges and strengths that inform treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed care to provide high-quality treatment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include clear goals, measurable outcomes, and targeted interventions directed at the specific needs of each client.

• Create a supportive, nurturing environment to facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups that empower students and foster peer connections.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and school counselors, to coordinate effective care for students.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, ensuring a swift and safe response to students experiencing acute distress or behavioral challenges.

• Document client interactions accurately and timely while adhering to ethical and legal requirements, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

• Participate in regular case conferences and team meetings to share insights and strategies that enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents enrolled in school who exhibit a range of mental health concerns, from mild to severe. Qualifications\n

• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Licensure: Must possess an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
