Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions for students, employing evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address various psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, and social difficulties.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with school staff and guardians, ensuring alignment with students’ educational and psychological needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services, responding promptly to student crises and ensuring appropriate referrals to external mental health resources when necessary.

• Maintain comprehensive and compliant patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, documenting therapy sessions, treatment progress, and coordination of care with other professionals.

• Engage in regular supervision and case discussions with peers and supervisors to share insights, enhance clinical practices, and improve the quality of care provided.

Qualifications\n
