Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a clinician, providing targeted therapy and interventions for assigned clients addressing symptoms linked to major mental health illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Engage with students and their families to deliver integrated care, ensuring effective communication and coordination of services between caregivers, teachers, and mental health providers.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case discussions, contributing insights and strategies to achieve common goals for client well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, screening, and evaluations of clients, followed by the development and implementation of personalized care plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet the diverse needs and developmental levels of each client.

• Manage an active caseload, ensuring timely follow-ups for monitoring treatment progress and addressing any concerns that arise in real-time.

• Collaborate closely with external agencies and stakeholders to connect clients with additional resources and services, enhancing care continuity.

• Implement safety protocols and crisis intervention procedures to support a safe environment for clients and co-workers.

• Document client interactions and progress efficiently, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical guidelines while complying with agency reporting requirements.

• Partake in quality improvement initiatives and committees to optimize service delivery within the agency.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
