Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students to identify their social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, implementing tailored intervention strategies as necessary.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include specific goals, therapeutic interventions, and methods for tracking progress.

• Provide counseling services to students and their families facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

• Engage with students to formulate personalized service plans, connecting them with both school-based and community resources as needed.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety plans when necessary to mitigate acute issues effectively.

• Collaborate with school faculty and external organizations to coordinate services and advocate on behalf of students.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing awareness of mental health services available at Life Line Counseling.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
