Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to capture the mental health needs of students, identifying relevant social determinants to inform treatment planning.

• Deliver individual counseling sessions targeting a variety of mental health challenges prevalent among school-age children, such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues.

• Lead group therapy sessions to foster peer support and collaborative learning, addressing common challenges through psychoeducation and shared experiences.

• Work alongside academic and administrative staff to create personalized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including conducting risk assessments, developing safety plans, and referring families to emergency resources when necessary.

• Advocate for the rights of students, assisting them and their families in navigating educational and community resources for additional support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including documenting assessments, treatment strategies, progress notes, and measurable outcomes, adhering strictly to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is essential.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience, plus an enticing sign-on bonus.
