Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for students, utilizing various evaluation tools to gain insight into their emotional, social, and academic challenges.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with students and their families, incorporating their unique strengths, goals, and challenges.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards regarding confidentiality and documentation.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated with the latest research and best practices in mental health interventions for children and adolescents.

• Collaborate with educators and other professionals within the school setting to develop programs that promote mental health awareness and resilience-building strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to students in distress, ensuring timely referrals to additional resources or support services if needed.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for faculty and staff, equipping them with tools to support the mental well-being of students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse student population, ranging from elementary to high school ages, who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other emotional and behavioral concerns. Your compassionate approach will be instrumental in creating a safe environment for students to express their thoughts and feelings. By building lasting therapeutic relationships, you will empower students to overcome barriers, improve their emotional regulation, and thrive academically and personally.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value the contributions of our professionals and offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000 annually, supplemented by performance-based bonuses.
