Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments of clients through video calls and phone consultations to gather necessary information regarding their emotional and psychological needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services by effectively managing clients' emotional distress during critical situations.

• Establish strong rapport with clients to guide them toward beneficial community resources and school programs.
\n
• Create individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations of clients' needs, ensuring that these plans are regularly updated to reflect progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation regarding client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using our electronic health records system.

• Coordinate with other healthcare providers, educational staff, and community organizations to ensure holistic support for clients.

• Participate actively in team meetings, professional development, and case discussions to enhance service delivery.
\n
• Monitor and report signs of child abuse or neglect; collaborate with relevant authorities to protect at-risk children.

• Support families by providing counseling and guidance, helping them navigate their challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily be students from various backgrounds dealing with mental health challenges. You will serve as a vital resource for these students, addressing their mental health needs and more broadly engaging their families to create a supportive network. Working closely with educators and school staff, you will help create a safe and productive school environment that promotes the emotional well-being of all students.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health or social work setting is preferred.
