Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while contributing to meaningful interventions for students in the Elgin, Illinois area. We utilize telehealth platforms to provide services, maintaining a strong connection with our clients and collaborating with school personnel.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients and their families, conducting assessments and developing personalized treatment plans that focus on the individual’s strengths and needs.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and arrange for comprehensive evaluations when necessary, ensuring timely interventions.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions through virtual platforms, employing various therapeutic techniques tailored to students’ specific issues.

• Monitor the progress of clients, ensuring treatment plans are effectively implemented and adjusted as needed for optimal outcomes.

• Create and implement integrated care plans that link students with additional support services, coordinating effectively with school staff and other providers.

• Participate actively in team meetings and committees that aim to enhance service delivery and improve overall agency quality.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, using established protocols to ensure the safety of clients in distress.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports while adhering to professional ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve children and adolescents who are navigating emotional distress and mental health challenges. This includes youth experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and other psychological conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Pathway Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
