Key Responsibilities\n

The primary duties of the Licensed Clinical Social Worker include, but are not limited to:

• Providing individual and group therapy to clients with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, ensuring that therapeutic interventions are tailored to the needs of each patient.

• Assisting in crisis intervention efforts and utilizing established protocols to safeguard client well-being.

• Collaborating with healthcare professionals across disciplines to establish comprehensive treatment plans that promote recovery and empower client involvement in their care.

• Conducting routine assessments and screenings using evidence-based methodologies to determine appropriate interventions and linkage to community services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
