Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Implement individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Employ therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care practices.

• Collaborate with the hospice interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to develop and execute individualized treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and create safety plans to ensure the well-being of clients during emergencies.

• Maintain thorough and precise documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring timely updates on client progress.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that empower clients with coping strategies and support networks.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting the importance of our work and the value of your skills and experience. In addition to the base salary, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
