Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly therapeutic sessions via secure video platforms, delivering evidence-based care tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Utilize automated self-assessments and clinical tools to monitor symptom progress and efficacy of treatment, ensuring that plans are adjusted according to client feedback and needs.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans in a timely manner using our intuitive therapist portal, which simplifies necessary administrative tasks and enhances client care.

• Participate in regular consultations with the Therapy Leadership Team for additional support and case discussions, fostering an environment of continuous learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic specializes in diagnosing and treating a multitude of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related disorders. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will focus primarily on the adolescent population, guiding them through their unique challenges with empathy and targeted intervention.
