Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with adult clients facing a range of emotional disorders using evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate closely with Brightside psychiatric providers, ensuring comprehensive treatment plans that integrate both therapeutic and psychiatric care.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments to monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet their evolving needs.
\n
• Perform thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans, ensuring timely and accurate clinical documentation through our advanced therapist portal.
\n
• Provide individual and couples therapy, utilizing varied evidence-based approaches including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.
\n
• Commit to measurement-based care, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and ensure security.
\n
• Engage with our Therapy Leadership Team for support and professional consultation as needed, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications\n
