Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients seeking help for substance use issues, identifying their specific needs and objectives.

• Execute individual counseling sessions employing techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to foster client engagement and progress.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.

• Valid, active LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW license in the state of Illinois.
\n
• Strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities specific to substance use disorders.

• Demonstrated experience providing both individual and group therapy within addiction treatment contexts.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, emphasizing a non-judgmental and empathetic approach toward clients.

Preferred Experience\n
