Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly, evidence-based therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, addressing a wide range of emotional disorders among adult clients.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that meets individual client needs.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans effectively.
\n
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation through our intuitive therapist portal, which streamlines your documentation processes and includes digital tools for enhanced efficiency.

• Participate in ongoing supervision and consultation with our Therapy Leadership Team, ensuring the highest quality of care and professional support.
\n
• Provide therapy for individuals ages 13 and older and/or couples, employing a variety of evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.

• Demonstrate a commitment to measurement-based care, aiding in client outcomes and overall organizational efficacy.
\n
• Strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality to safeguard client health information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied clientele, including adults and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Your role will be pivotal in helping them navigate their challenges, drawing on evidence-based practices tailored to individual circumstances, ensuring they receive the personalized care they deserve.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, with a focus on marriage and family therapy.

• An active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on establishing rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
