Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with patients, ensuring a safe space for open communication.

As an LMFT at Renewed Hope, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals managing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, Renewed Hope provides a comprehensive benefits package, including full health benefits, retirement plans, a new hire bonus, and quarterly productivity bonuses.
