Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while maintaining a schedule that honors your client needs and personal flexibility. Your hours will primarily be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., supporting a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, establish diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, providing individualized therapy that encompasses individual, couples, and family sessions.

• Document each session meticulously, following company protocols for treatment plans, diagnostic assessments (DAs), and clinical case notes.

• Facilitate and engage creatively in therapy sessions, employing innovative techniques that encourage client growth and achievement of therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with case managers, medical professionals, and family members to ensure comprehensive care and effective service delivery.

You will work closely with clients who are dealing with issues related to addiction, mental health disorders, and familial conflicts, ensuring a holistic approach to each individual's therapy. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
