Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to determine mental health diagnoses, and develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to enhance their wellbeing.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for each session, including ongoing diagnosis updates and treatment plan reviews, in alignment with company policies.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, demonstrating excellent customer service while meeting therapeutic goals.
\n
• Utilize innovative and creative intervention strategies tailored to meet client needs, ensuring they achieve and exceed their personal and therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate seamlessly with case managers, family members, and other professionals, coordinating services to provide holistic support for clients.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clients you will work with include individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. You may also encounter children and adolescents facing various personal challenges. This role requires a culturally competent approach to therapy, providing support tailored to each client's unique context and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
\n
• Must hold an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex therapeutic concepts in an accessible manner.

• Proven capability to establish and maintain professional boundaries while fostering a trusting relationship with clients.

• A commitment to working with a diverse clientele, understanding the importance of inclusion and representation in mental health care.

• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check as a prerequisite for employment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in completing diagnostic assessments (DAs), treatment planning, and clinical case notes is strongly preferred.

• Hands-on experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families to address a variety of psychological issues.

• Familiarity with community resources and the fee collection process at the time of service will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 110,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
