Key Responsibilities\n

• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients to create a safe space for open communication and healing.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, working collaboratively with clients to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate one-on-one sessions as well as group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Continuously evaluate patient progress and adapt treatment plans based on changing circumstances or insights gained during therapy.

• Guide clients through coping strategies and techniques to manage their conditions effectively.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes, adhering to confidentiality standards and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, referring clients to specialized care when necessary, including addiction counseling and co-occurring disorders.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
