Renewed Harmony Counseling, PLLC is seeking a qualified and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote outpatient clinical team in Baltimore, Maryland. This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to work from home while providing high-quality behavioral healthcare. The ideal candidate will engage with clients through telemedicine and, when needed, in-person sessions, focusing on delivering compassionate and effective therapy.

Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your primary responsibility will be to deliver therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. This includes:

• Conducting initial assessments to determine clients' needs and developing individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Leading therapy sessions with couples, and conducting individual sessions with family members to explore interpersonal dynamics.
\n
• Addressing a variety of issues, including but not limited to family conflicts, grief and loss, job stress, and adjustment to separation and divorce.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities appropriate for each client.
\n
• Documenting progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with agency policies and state regulations.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to offer comprehensive support for our clients.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse patient population with a range of family dynamics and mental health needs. You will provide therapeutic support for individuals, couples, and family units facing challenges such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse.
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse.
\n
• Grief and loss.
\n
• Conflict resolution among family members and siblings.
\n
• Issues arising from blended families and the challenges of remarriage.
\n
• Emotional issues surrounding separation and divorce.
\n
• Communication difficulties within family structures.
\n

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Current and active Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Maryland.
\n
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and expertise. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
