Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Renewed Path Counseling, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for couples and families, understanding the unique dynamics within each family unit.
\n
• Providing evidence-based therapy for couples, families, and individuals dealing with a wide array of issues, including but not limited to trauma, grief, relationship conflicts, and mental health challenges.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals and circumstances.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions that may involve working with individuals both separately and together as a family unit.
\n
• Utilizing telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions, as well as in-person therapy where appropriate, ensuring clear communication and support throughout the therapeutic process.
\n
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational guidelines.
\n
• Actively working with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic treatment approaches and resources for clients.

Our patient population encompasses a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families, including but not limited to:

• Couples experiencing relationship difficulties, conflicts, and communication issues.

• Families navigating challenges such as blended structures, separation, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Individuals seeking therapy for grief, trauma, job stress, and mental health conditions.

• Children and adolescents facing behavioral or emotional difficulties, allowing for a comprehensive approach to family health.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following qualifications:

• A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Illinois.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
\n
• Strong passion for patient care and commitment to ethical clinical practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences would be advantageous:

Compensation and Benefits\n
