Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing both virtual platforms and, when necessary, in-person sessions to meet client preferences.

• Assessing clients' needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing their unique challenges.

• Employing a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy, to aid clients in reaching their therapeutic goals.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals and support personnel to create a cohesive care experience for clients, ensuring all aspects of their care are aligned.

• Maintaining precise and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:

Compensation and Benefits\n
