Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT at Renewed Harmony Counseling, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments for couples and individual clients to understand their unique backgrounds and mental health needs.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to couples, families, and individual clients, focusing on relationship dynamics and personal growth.

• Specializing in dealing with various issues, including but not limited to: \n

  • Alcohol and substance abuse.
  \n
  • Physical and psychological trauma.
  \n
  • Grief and loss challenges.
  \n
  • Family conflicts and sibling rivalry.
  \n
  • Strain caused by job stress.
  \n
  • Medical issues affecting mental health.
  \n
  • Transitions related to blended families, separation, and divorce.
  \n
  • Communication barriers among family members.
  \n

• Documenting client progress and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals and external resources to provide comprehensive care.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic techniques and stay updated with industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work primarily with couples, adults, and children/adolescents facing a wide range of psychological and emotional challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and situations, and your role will involve tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet their unique needs, whether in a couple's session or individual therapy.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

While we welcome applications from recently licensed therapists, we encourage candidates with experience in delivering therapy across various modalities to apply. We are also looking for therapists with flexible availability and the ability to commit to 30 hours or more each week.

Compensation and Benefits\n
