Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions and lead couples and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive client assessments, leveraging standardized tools to ascertain needs and goals.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices—to support client progress.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and mental health professionals to provide holistic care, attending team meetings regularly to discuss client progress and treatment approaches.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all records are accessible and up-to-date.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, contributing to case discussions and sharing insights with peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Tennessee.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compassionately.

Compensation and Benefits\n
