Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to clients seeking outpatient care, with a focus on overcoming mental health challenges and improving interpersonal relationships.

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' relational dynamics and mental health needs, crafting personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and therapeutic strategies.

• Utilize family systems theory and systemic interventions to address complex issues such as communication breakdowns, family stressors, and relationship conflicts.

• Deliver immediate support and crisis intervention when necessary, prioritizing the safety and mental wellness of clients and their families.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and legally compliant client records, including progress notes and treatment plans that reflect ongoing client engagement and outcomes.

• Educate and empower clients in effective communication, conflict resolution, and coping strategies to enhance their emotional resilience and relational stability.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure holistic client care and treatment continuity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults, children, and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Maryland or the state where you practice.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in marriage and family therapy or a related area.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues alike.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus to licensed therapists who join our team.
