Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Mindful Cascade Echos, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and individual family members, using therapeutic modalities tailored to fit specific needs.

• Addressing a range of issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological and physical abuse, grief and loss, sibling conflicts, and other relational challenges.

• Offering evidence-based interventions to enhance communication and conflict resolution among family members.
\n
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals, health providers, and community resources to coordinate integrated care.

• Documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes to ensure compliance with clinic standards and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will focus on a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents experiencing various challenges. You will provide therapeutic support for families dealing with major life changes such as separation and divorce, blended family dynamics, job stress, and communication barriers. The goal is to foster resilience and promote effective coping mechanisms, ensuring each family member feels heard and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
