Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Renewed Harmony Counseling, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for couples and family units.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that focus on the emotional and relational dynamics of families, including individual sessions for each family member.

• Tackling a wide range of issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, family conflict, and communication barriers.

• Providing guidance and support during difficult transitions, including divorce, separation, and navigating blended family dynamics.

• Utilizing advanced tools and methodologies, including evidence-based practices, to ensure effective treatment delivery and improved patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will encompass adults and children/adolescents from diverse backgrounds. You will engage with clients facing various challenges, such as grief, stress associated with job loss, medical issues, and conflicts inherent in family systems. The goal is to empower clients with practical coping strategies and improved interpersonal relations, reinforcing a foundation for healthier family structures.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:
