Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify client mental health challenges and strengths, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual’s background and needs.

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and specific interventions, fostering a path towards improved mental health.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and ensure clients receive a holistic approach to their treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to base compensation, employees may receive performance-based bonuses.
