Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and strengths, utilizing tools such as standardized assessment inventories and clinical interviews.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans with defined therapeutic goals, while continuously monitoring and adjusting these plans based on client progress.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients, attending interdisciplinary meetings as necessary.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, including risk assessment and safety planning, to effectively manage acute situations and ensure client safety.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines, using electronic health record systems to track client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes, creating a safe space for shared experiences and peer support.

Qualifications\n
