Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, utilizing established assessment tools.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique challenges, aspirations, and preferences, integrating therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to respond to their evolving needs.

• Engage directly with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals as part of an integrated care team to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Stay informed about current research and advancements in mood disorders to continually refine and improve therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring the integrity of sensitive information.

Qualifications\n
