Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Serenity Mindscape, you will:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to address clients' concerns.

• Assess clients' emotional and psychological needs and develop personalized treatment plans that cater to their unique situations.

• Provide support for various issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol abuse and substance use disorders
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse recovery
\n
• Grief and loss navigation
\n
• Family conflict resolution, including sibling rivalry and cut-offs
\n
• Support for blended families and navigating remarriage
\n
• Adjustment to separation and divorce
\n
• Improving communication skills among family members
\n
• Management of job stress and related medical issues
\n
\n
• Document therapy sessions thoroughly and maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians to ensure comprehensive treatment approaches that encompass both mental and physical health considerations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will include individuals, couples, and families facing a spectrum of challenges related to mental health and relational dynamics. The ability to connect with diverse populations, including adults and adolescents, is essential as you help foster a deeper understanding and resolution of interpersonal conflicts and personal struggles.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Flexibility in availability, including the ability to work 30 hours or more per week, is preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n
