Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments to determine the severity and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique goals, preferences, and circumstances.

• Utilize rigorous evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address the complexities of mood disorders.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, coping strategies, and self-care practices.

• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and documenting all interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and comprehensive support.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings, offering insight and learning from peer experiences.

• Engage in community advocacy efforts to reduce stigma related to mental health and promote access to services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
