Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological evaluations and assessments to accurately understand clients' mental health challenges and establish effective treatment frameworks.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client, whether it involves addressing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or trauma.

• Collaborate with clients to set mutual therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy services to reach clients who may prefer or require virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for all.

• Maintain accurate and ethical documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to comply with legal and organizational standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and workshops to stay informed on emerging trends and advanced clinical practices.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to practice in Texas.

• Ability to approach each client's experiences with empathy, respect, and a nonjudgmental mindset.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle a diverse caseload while managing required administrative duties.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with trauma-informed care practices and knowledge of various therapeutic methodologies including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities.

• History of working within a private practice or outpatient setting, particularly with a diverse clientele.

• Previous experience in developing and facilitating group therapy sessions is highly desirable.
