Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for couples and families.
\n
• Facilitate therapy sessions with clients, including joint sessions with couples and individual sessions focusing on personal experiences.
\n
• Address diverse treatment areas encompassing alcohol abuse, conflict resolution among family members, grief and loss, blended family dynamics, and adjusting to separation and divorce.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of your clients.
\n
• Document therapy sessions accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain compliance and support client management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will address various mental health challenges, such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse issues.
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse situations.
\n
• Grief and loss challenges.
\n
• Difficulties in family communication and conflicts.
\n
• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between $75,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide:
