Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients presenting with relationship issues, mood disorders, and family dynamics.

• Develop individualized treatment plans catering to the unique needs and preferences of each client, utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as structural family therapy and communication therapy.

• Implement evidence-based treatment strategies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to foster client growth and healing.

• Engage clients and their families in educational sessions regarding mood disorders and the importance of self-care, equipping them with coping strategies and options for ongoing support.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that the services provided are effective and aligned with evolving therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and comprehensive support for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
