Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the needs of individuals and families entering therapy for substance use and related issues.

• Develop and implement family-centered treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team, ensuring that each client’s unique needs are addressed.

• Provide individual, group, and joint counseling sessions, facilitating therapeutic discussions that foster understanding and healing among family members.

• Lead educational workshops focused on substance misuse awareness, coping strategies, and enhancing family dynamics.

• Document clinical progress thoroughly and promptly by maintaining accurate records, including evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes, in accordance with best practices and organizational policies.

• Work collaboratively with external specialists and agencies as required, ensuring comprehensive care and support for clients and their families.

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client outcomes while identifying opportunities for program enhancements.

• Stay updated on industry standards and maintain all necessary licenses and certifications to meet state regulations.

In this role, you will primarily work with families affected by substance use issues and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, particularly with family therapy and substance abuse issues.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards governing mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and workload.
