This role will be conducted entirely through a telehealth setting, allowing for flexible hours tailored to both patient and therapist schedules. As a key member of our remote team, you will have the opportunity to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a dynamic work-life balance. The structure of this position encourages proactive engagement with clients during standard working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering convenience without sacrificing the quality of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of individual clients and their families to determine their specific needs for family therapy interventions.

• Participate actively in regular clinical discussions and contribute valuable insights focused on family systems to guide treatment planning.

• Provide family-centered counseling sessions—both individual and group—designed to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Facilitate educational groups on topics related to substance misuse, mental health, and improving family dynamics.

• Ensure adherence to clinical documentation protocols, including the timely completion of progress notes, treatment plans, and evaluations to track client progress effectively.

As a Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse demographic, encompassing both adults and children. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Georgia is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and workload.
