Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate effective communication among supervisors, healthcare personnel, family members, and guardians to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Regularly evaluate and monitor client progress through follow-up interviews, home visits (as appropriate), and detailed documentation.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports to share insights about client development with necessary stakeholders.

• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to collaborate on treatment strategies and share best practices.
\n
• Coordinate training sessions to enhance team members’ competency in implementing treatment plans and using electronic documentation systems.

• Maintain exhaustive records that document clients’ progress and treatment plans, ensuring information accessibility for all relevant parties.

• Act as a liaison between clients and community mental health resources, assisting them in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Contribute to the development of training materials that improve the quality and effectiveness of our behavioral programs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
