Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health status through one-on-one sessions.

• Create and implement customized therapeutic plans that address individual client needs, taking into account their personal history and treatment goals.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to monitor progress, provide coping strategies, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices, to support client recovery.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care, making referrals to psychiatrists or other specialists when needed.

• Keep thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and contribute to the training of new staff as they join the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work primarily with clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and eating disorders. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
