Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, using validated tools and methodologies tailored to diverse backgrounds and issues.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or other specialized interventions appropriate for individual clients.

• Engage clients in ongoing therapy sessions, offering individual and group therapy as needed, while adapting therapeutic techniques based on client progress and feedback.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients facing geographical limitations or transportation challenges, ensuring equitable access to mental health resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and reflective of client interactions.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical expertise, staying informed about the latest trends and methodologies in mental health therapy.
