Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage with clients through individual sessions as well as in couples or family therapy settings. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments to develop tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions for issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflict dynamics, and adjustment to life changes.

• Facilitating effective communication and conflict resolution strategies among family members.
\n
• Regularly evaluating the progress of clients and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Documenting therapy sessions and maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve supporting a diverse client population, including adults, children, adolescents, and families dealing with a variety of challenges. You will specialize in addressing:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
