Key Responsibilities\n

• Offer a variety of therapeutic services, including individual therapy, couples counseling, family reunification sessions, and group therapy. Facilitate therapy sessions using established frameworks and methodologies.

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations for bariatric psychological evaluations, providing detailed reports and feedback based on patient needs.

• Diagnose mental and emotional disorders, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and monitor client progress consistently.

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to the unique challenges faced by clients, adjusting approaches as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage actively in the planning and facilitation of therapeutic retreats and activities, designed to enhance client growth and foster community amongst participants.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, attending case consultations as required and providing expertise to support the comprehensive care of patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves a diverse adult and child/adolescent population facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually based on your experience and qualifications.
