Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a trusting rapport with patients through empathetic communication and active listening.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are reflective of the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions and group counseling, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
