Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions for clients across various age groups, focusing on developing meaningful therapeutic relationships.

• Performing comprehensive assessments to assess clients' emotional and psychological needs and establishing clear treatment goals in collaboration with clients.

• Creating and implementing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that address the specific challenges and strengths of each client.

• Engaging with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.

• Documenting client progress and treatment strategies using our state-of-the-art electronic health record system, ensuring all records are accurate and current.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Hope Springs, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our client demographic ranges from children and adolescents to adults and seniors, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of different stages of life and a wide range of therapeutic needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Must hold full licensure to practice independently in Arizona as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proven ability to develop strong therapeutic alliances and make informed treatment decisions based on client evaluations.

• Exceptional communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to promoting mental health awareness.
