Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic services including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, utilizing modalities that best suit client needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identify challenges, strengths, and establish treatment goals in collaboration with clients.

• Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, regularly adjusting as needed based on client progress.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by working closely with psychiatrists, case managers, and community resources to facilitate holistic care and efficient service delivery.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes in an electronic health record system to comply with regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• No provisional licenses or prior disciplinary actions with licensing bodies.
