Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges.

• Perform extensive assessments to evaluate clients' strengths, weaknesses, and treatment aspirations, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health.

• Design and execute evidence-based treatment plans that are customized to meet the unique needs of each client, adapting as necessary based on therapeutic progress.

• Engage in clinical collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and community resources to provide seamless care and support.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment methodologies in accordance with best practice standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes a diverse range of individuals and families, spanning all age groups and backgrounds. You will work with clients facing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensure: Candidates must possess a full, unrestricted license to practice independently as a: \n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in outpatient mental health settings is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
