Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a counselor at Hope Springs, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, facing various mental health challenges ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, to relationship issues. This position allows you to positively influence a wide demographic, focusing on personalized approaches that resonate with the individual backgrounds and specific needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold a valid license to practice independently as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona.

• We do not accept limited or provisional licenses, nor individuals with previous disciplinary actions against their professional licenses.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselors enjoy a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
