Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough client assessments to identify their needs and challenges. Based on these assessments, develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that incorporate both evidence-based therapy and personalized elements.

• Therapeutic Engagement: Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using various therapeutic techniques, aiming to overcome dependencies and foster positive behavioral change.

• Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting treatment progress and ensuring all records comply with state and federal regulations. Collaborate on chart audits to uphold the highest standards of care.

• Collaborative Practice: Establish and nurture professional relationships with team members, clients, and other stakeholders through regular participation in staff meetings and supervision sessions, ensuring a collaborative approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n
